What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address (for shipping) and the items you buy.
- Messages you send through our contact form.
- Your email address if you join our list.
- A small cookie that keeps your bag and checkout working during your visit.
How we use it
To process and deliver orders, answer your questions, send order updates, and, if you opted in, send news about arrivals and drops. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Newsletter choices
Joining the newsletter requires your consent and an email confirmation. Opening the confirmation link alone does not subscribe you. Confirmation and unsubscribe links let you manage the choice. Existing mailing-list records are kept separate from newly confirmed subscribers. Newsletter signup does not change your order messages or separately requested size alerts.
Aggregate store activity
If enabled, the store counts catalog views, product views, bag additions, bag views and checkout views by day. These counters store a date, event name and total. They do not add visitor identifiers, IP addresses or tracking cookies. Order and account records remain separate and support the services described here.
Reviews and size alerts
Reviews are linked to verified purchases. Only your first name and last initial, rating and review text are published after approval. Editing a review sends it through approval again.
Size alerts store your email and chosen product size. We ask you to confirm your email, then send one alert when that size is available. Each email includes a cancellation link. Size alerts do not add you to our newsletter or reserve stock.
Laced Club
Your account can store chosen sizes and favourite brands, purchase and reward history, membership progress and referral attribution. Your referral link identifies your membership without displaying your email or address. We use these records to personalize available-product filters, apply rewards, and prevent duplicate point spending.
Drop reminders are optional and specific to each release. Confirm your account email, then follow a drop to receive its launch reminder and, if eligible, an early access reminder. You can turn reminders off from your account or the email cancellation link. Following a drop does not subscribe you to marketing.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to information you give them.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to fulfil your order (for example with a shipping carrier or PayPal) or if the law requires it. We do not sell your information.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and keep order records as long as needed for business and legal reasons.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
