What we check
- Materials and construction, including stitching and glue work
- Labels, tags and size markings
- Sizing details and colourway accuracy
- Original packaging, when it is included
- Overall condition, photographed and described honestly
Condition is always disclosed
The photos on each product page show the actual item. If something is worn, marked or missing (a box, laces, tags), it is stated in the listing. If you want a closer look at any detail, ask before you buy and we will send more photos.
If something is not right
If an item arrives that is not as described, or you have any concern about its authenticity, contact us with your order number and photos. We will make it right: see our returns and exchanges page.
