Tier progress counts paid product spend after discounts, excluding shipping and cancelled orders. Early access is set separately for each release and does not guarantee stock.
The Club, clearly.
Confirm your email to use rewards, referrals and drop reminders. Purchase points become available when your order is shipped or ready for pickup. Existing orders count toward tiers; points are earned on orders placed after the Club launch.
Redeem at least 100 points at checkout, up to 20% of product value. Shipping is excluded. Points used on an unpaid order are held until payment or cancellation. Contact us to cancel an unpaid order and release its points.
Share your referral link with a new customer. When their first qualifying order of at least $100.00 CAD in products is shipped or ready for pickup, you earn 250 points. They must add your code before their first order and confirm their email.
Cancellations return redeemed points and reverse purchase or referral rewards. If those rewards were already spent, your balance can become negative until future earning covers it. Points have no cash withdrawal value. Each drop reminder includes an unsubscribe link.
