How do I pay?
At checkout you review your order and continue to PayPal to pay securely. We never see or store your card details.
What does PENDING PAYMENT mean?
Your order is saved but we have not yet confirmed your PayPal payment. Once we verify it, the status changes to PAID and we prepare your order. Items are reserved once payment is completed.
How do I find my order number?
It is in your confirmation email and looks like LBH-20261005-1048. You can also use the order tracker.
Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is inspected before it is listed and again before it ships. Learn how we check.
Are the photos of the actual item?
Yes. We photograph the item you are buying and describe its condition.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, in Cornwall, Ontario. Choose pickup at checkout and we will arrange a time once payment is verified. Details.
